As a member of our Hiring Co-Op, you will receive the following services as part of your participation.
Our team has strategic alliances to help us find the right apprentices for you. We will speak at events, schools, churches & community centers to create a candidate pool.
As part of the program, students will help to plan and carry out a career & business expo that will showcase your business & career opportunities!
The best part of the program is that you will have helped to mold & shape the knowledge of our participants and have one or more apprentices ready to work for you!
Your participation in the co-op will also provide an assessment and review of your internal hiring and retention processes. We want to make sure your new apprentices will stay with you after all our efforts!
Our finance specialist will help determine if there are any quick ways you can hold onto more of your profit, while making sure your new apprentice(s) do not end up being too large of an investment for you!
Our sales & marketing specialists can help make sure you have a good system for acquiring new customers AND acquiring new apprentices in the future!
Your new apprentices will also be equipped to assist with online marketing strategies!
